javascript - Highcharts Gauge not appearing

930

I have got the charts working before, however now they don't want to appear. I am trying to use the Gauge.

This is what's in the header:

<script src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.8.2/jquery.min.js"></script>
<script src="http://code.highcharts.com/highcharts.js"></script>
<script src="http://code.highcharts.com/highcharts-more.js"></script>
<script src="http://code.highcharts.com/modules/exporting.js"></script>

This is the PHP:

echo "<div id='graph_one' style='width:30%; height:200px; float:left;'></div>
<script type='text/javascript'>

 $(function () {

$('#graph_one').highcharts({

    chart: {
        type: 'gauge',
        plotBackgroundColor: null,
        plotBackgroundImage: null,
        plotBorderWidth: 0,
        plotShadow: false
    },

    title: {
        text: 'Speedometer'
    },

    pane: {
        startAngle: -150,
        endAngle: 150,

Solution:

Honestly, I open your example in your form, and all works properly, but do you use any webserver? Because php files cannot be opened without that.

Answer

Solution:

Give the reference of javascript locally. Sometimes it happens that the reference is not being taken directly from the web. Save thejquery.min.jshighcharts.jshighcharts-more.js andexporting.js locally in your system and give the path to the stored file.
